Set # 21102 Micro World is a Cuusoo set based on the popular Minecraft video game and released on June 1, 2012. It was revealed at Lego World Copenhagen on February 15, 2012. It contains two Micro Mobs, Steve and a Creeper and four modular 6×6 mullion ground sections with details below and above the ground.
Cuusoo lego minecraft is about inserting blocks to build anything you can imagine in the virtual world. You can build anything you can imagine with Lego bricks in the physical world. Minecraft and Lego were meant to be together.
The set consists of four modular sections of land that can be placed in any order. All sections have a light gray and dark gray lower section and the upper areas are built on a layer of light gray and a layer of brown.
One of the four sections has a large log cabin made of brown plates with window coverings. The house has a totally flat top and is surrounded by some low brush and rocks and a tan path runs in front of it. Below ground is a cave filled with a lake and the second of the four sections features an extension of the path seen in the previous section with a single tree and some extremely low hills with a dry, rocky cave below its surface.
The third section features a river, a tree surrounded by rocks, and a large hill. Below the surface there is some free ground on the bottom plate because the top ground slopes outward creating a small empty area at the bottom.
The fourth section features a mountain with lava flowing down its slope like a river and a very small hill, but below the surface is an empty cave.
Two years ago, a petition on Lego’s Cuusoo site resulted in the launch of a Cuusoo Lego Minecraft set, a joint venture that seemed inevitable. Finally, the Lego Company announced the imminent release of two new Minecraft kits and both will make their first appearance during San Diego Comic Con.
Cuusoo Lego Minecraft and Lego building have always been a good match and after the excitement for the first set, we are happy that they have expanded the line and continue their partnership with The Lego Group.
The two new sets will offer recreations of Minecraft Village and The Nether. The Village set will contain blocks to build houses and will include the Pig, Villager and Zombie “Micromob” figurines. The Nether kit includes a Netherrack, gravel blocks, lava blocks, two Ghasts, and a Zombie Pigman.
