The greatest joy you can have is seeing happiness on the faces of others, especially your loved ones, as a result of your actions. Then, you would have really mastered the art of happiness. Therefore, always have a positive attitude, do not let greed and selfishness rule your heart, and then you will have perfected this mysterious art of happiness.

It is strange but very true. Studies have shown that pretending to be cheerful, speaking in a cheerful tone, sporting a big smile, and walking with confidence can actually trigger joy. This is the simplest way to show that smiling is the art of happiness.
