Snow white delight

What do you need:

  • 2 liters 7UP
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of hot water
  • 6 tablespoons of evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon of almond extract
  • Whipped cream, to serve
  • Red and green toffee sprinkles, for serving

In a small bowl, combine the sugar and hot water. Heat in the microwave until the sugar dissolves, about 30 seconds. Let cool for a few minutes and then add the evaporated milk and almond extract to the bowl.

Pour the mixture into a large bowl and then add the ice cream. Break the ice cream into smaller pieces with a potato masher. Add the 7UP slowly. Mix well before serving in glasses. Top each glass with whipped cream and caramel sprinkles.

Salted Caramel Eggnog

What do you need:

  • 5 eggs
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup caramel syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of sea salt
  • 3/4 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg

Combine whole milk, whipped cream, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and nutmeg in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, remove immediately once you see bubbles. Let cool completely (it is important not to cook the egg when adding it).

Meanwhile, beat the eggs and sugar until just combined. Add the eggs to the milk mixture and then add the caramel and sea salt, whisking until the ingredients are well combined. Pour eggnog into serving glasses and garnish with caramel and sea salt (if desired) before serving.

  • 8 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup Ghiradelli White Chocolate Baking Bars, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes plus more to serve

Combine milk, white chocolate, crushed candy canes, and vanilla in a large slow cooker. Cover and cook over high heat, stirring every 10-15 minutes, for 1.5 to 2 hours.

When ready, pour hot chocolate into serving glasses, top with whipped cream, and garnish with crushed candy canes.
